The Exquisite marble finishes for all units’ bathroom are now unveiled

(Canggu- 29 May 2024) Located in the beautiful heart of Canggu, Bali, Ametis Villa has undergone upgrades to enhance overall experience after two years of planning and executions with meticulous attention to detail.

The terrazzo floors and walls in the bathrooms have been replaced with luxurious marbles, each offering a unique ambiance. Additionally, the high-tech TOTO NEOREST toilets and high-speed ionic hair dryers have been introduced to elevate comfort and convenience.

To cater to the needs of tech-savvy travelers, universal sockets and USB ports have been installed throughout the villa, ensuring easy access to power for all gadgets.

The villa has also undergone garden redesigns. Some gardens now embrace a zen-inspired aesthetic, creating a tranquil and minimalist atmosphere. Meanwhile, other villas maintain their tropical garden concept, showcasing the natural beauty of the surroundings.

One of the Premiere Villas now features an indoor-inspired bathroom, which not only addresses the request for a “Cool bathroom” in the tropical weather but also helps to minimize the presence of tropical bugs like mosquitoes and humidity.

Furthermore, the last five units at the back of the villa premises, have completed the replacement of their living floors and powder rooms with marble finishes. In addition, some units have upgraded their kitchenettes with IH cooking heaters, replacing the previous gas cooking burners.

In addition to the building renovations, the amenities will also be gradually upgraded. The first phase of the project involved replacing all the cutlery and chinaware with top luxury brand Charles Millen, giving the units a luxurious feel.

The property owner has been carrying out upgrading renovations on the building since March 2022 right after pandemic, as the property is expected to remain operational for another 10 years. Their goal is to provide the highest quality accommodation and service, catering to the hotel’s high-end market segment, as well as is a proud partner of Serandipians, a network of luxury travel agencies that specializes in creating unique and tailored travel experiences for their clients in 74 countries worldwide.

Villa Upgrades – Final Phase

We are delighted to announce that our villa upgrade project has now entered its final phase.

In order to ensure that our guests are not inconvenienced by the upgrades, we have carefully planned and scheduled the work to minimize any disruption to your stay. The villas located at the rear of the property will undergo upgrades to reduce the visibility of the project, and we will be closing the villa adjacent to the project site during the renovation period to avoid any disturbance.

Kindly find below for the schedule of the final phase of our upgrade project:

– Villa 13: 5th to 29th February 2024

– Villas 14 & 15: 12th to 28th February 2024

– Villa 5: 6th to 31st March 2024

– Villa 7: 19th March to 2nd April 2024

– Ruby Spa: 13th to 25th March 2024 (open hours from 5 PM to 11 PM)

Upgrades and enhancements by April 2024

We are delighted to announce our plans for upgrades and enhancements that will be completed by April 2024. Firstly, we will be enhancing our villa bathrooms with a luxurious marble finish, fitted with top-of-the-line Toto NEOREST products, and introducing more USB ports and universal sockets throughout the villa. We have already completed nine villas, which are now available under the refined bathroom category.

Additionally, we will be redesigning our gardens to offer even more stunning views, upgrading our ceiling fans to provide improved airflow to combat high humidity and hot temperatures resulting from climate change. We will also be introducing an indoor concept bathroom with air conditioning in one of our premiere villas to cater to our guests’ needs. Furthermore, we will be replacing all chinaware, glassware, and cutlery with brand-new sets to create a more luxurious home-like feel.

Villa Renovation Notice

Dear valued guests,

At Ametis Villa, we always strive to improve guest experiences, and as a part of it, we will have villa maintenance and renovation projects on several sites of property during November to December 2023 with detail as follows;

Renovation details;

The roof maintenance at Grand Villa and upgrading bathrooms at 4 units of villas

Work schedule;

5^th November 2023 until 5^th December 2023, 9:00-17:00 Daily

During the above period, we closed several villa units to avoid guests from audible disturbances. Some of the villas enough distance from the project site are still opened for accommodation.

We will complete total 9 villas bathroom upgrade by early December 2023. The rest of 5 units villa’s bathroom upgrade is scheduled in February 2024. By March 2024, all of villas’ bathroom upgrade will be complete.

We will do our best to keep the disturbance to the very minimum, but would like to apologize in advance for any inconvenience this might cause you during your stay.

Renovation Lobby Pond

Dear Precious Guests,

Thank you for choosing Ametis Villa Bali as your accommodation during tropical vacation in Bali.

Kindly be informed that we will conduct the remodeling works on the pond in Lobby area, from 25 September 2023 to 14 October 2023, daily from 9:00 to 17:00.

Following this, we will close the access to Ametis Lounge/lobby for 6 days, from 25 September to 30 September 2023 and reopen on 1^st October 2023.

During Lobby closure, we will open the alternative access to the villa area next to lobby. Check-in/ out process is complete in your own villa as usual.

There will be construction noise around lobby area during 4 days from 27 September to 30 September 2023, however we keep monitoring the works to minimize any inconvenience.
